Yes you did miss 2 kids.

Tulsi adopted Krishna Tulsi and one more girl by the end of the show whose name slips my mind atm.

The new girl - the character played by Shagun Sharma - will more or less end up being shown as a sort of adopted child too though she’s an adult and technically as well as legally cannot be adopted

Her name was Sugandi played by Kratika Sengar Mihir-Tulsi adopted her in last epi of S1
