So honestly I had seen munawar in a previous bb type show called lock up where he was excellent in and won. He was very intelligent and played many mind games and was a mastermind that season so when i heard he was coming to bb i automatically jumped to support him.

But truth be told he disappointed on the show for me cuz i enjoy contestants being strategical and excelling in tasks which he did in lock up but couldn’t really replicate in bb as the makers were more interested in him showing his emotional side than his strategic side.

On top of that to generate more drama from him they brought in his ex with who he was 2 timing with while having another gf to humiliate him and show his struggle on the show cuz till then he was coasting to an easy victory while being boring toh after he ex came he became a massive crybaby and all

By the end i just forced myself to keep supporting him cuz i had already invested a lot in supporting from the start so was like might as well finish it with him as season was ending plus i did find him better than rest who i found way more annoying or problematic (abhishek)

And he came in with a huge kattar fanbase esp from dongri some of which he had from his stand up days and some from lockup so his winning was known since the start

From what you described, it actually makes sense why his BB journey felt underwhelming to you compared to Lock Up. It sounds like he entered with a completely different image - someone sharp, strategic, and a proper mastermind but Bigg Boss never really allowed that side of him to flourish.

The emotional angle, the ex–entry drama, and all that manipulation from the makers probably overshadowed the strategic potential he had. And I get what you mean about sticking with him till the end just because you had invested in supporting him from the start - that happens to a lot of us with contestants.

But the huge fanbase you mentioned definitely explains why his win seemed inevitable regardless of how the season actually played out.

Thanks for breaking it down so neatly it actually helped me understand his whole BB graph.I didn’t know anything about Munawar before all this. I had only seen people talk about him here and there, but I never actually followed Lock Up or his stand-up journey..

Waise Do you feel the makers intentionally softened his image for sympathy and drama for "ITV audience" , or was he simply not prepared for the BB format compared to Lock Up?

Big ghalat fehmi if GK thinks he’s a superstar of tv He’s probably even more deluded after Salman kept lying and repeating that BB19 was one of the most successful reality shows in history

And no winner has looked that arrogant when holding the trophy - To taunt someone to clap for you is so, so undignified and pathetic.

The 2 places where Farhana is/may be correct are:

1. If Farhana calls Gaurav out for his distasteful arrogance on the stage. She’s completely justified in doing it, no one needs to take crap from him, Her fans are also justified in bashing him for it.

2. She may well be correct that the votes were very, very close. Logically there’s no reason to do live voting otherwise.

BTW.. Have you watched S17? I’m tryna remember if there was live voting between Munnuwar & Abhishek 🤔

Makers will always rig their show they have invested too much in it and its their biggest ratings garnering show no way will they ever actually let their prized show be run by these lallu panju contestants and their velle fans toh when its impossible beating them toh "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" and i choose option 2 and buying what they are selling 😂

It’s as you said, we know BB manipulates. The fact that anyone comes on the show with an MG is the first tick on the corrupt list imo. All downhill from there.

So now that we have this status quo..and we’re still fools to watch it becomes about whether we like the chosen ones and if they’re playing a good game.

For example, from these MG walon -

Sajid - Disliked the person, game was interesting

GK - Disliked person and game was shite

Kunnu - Liked her and her game.. mostly

And on Sumbul, I would’ve preferred her over PCC at 3, purely because BB was a complete git and mistreated her really badly.

I do write essays every season absolutely I like writing them and I’m not breaking any rules by writing them toh its all good.

And no not wrong on picking a fav imo as i pick my favs based on who i like on the show not cuz they will win. But winner predictions meri almost har time correct hoti hain but only one time my fav won munawar cuz i dont pick my fav based on who will most likely win.
