Epilogue

Four months had passed since AarYa's wedding, and Aarti was now seven months pregnant. Yash showered her with love and care, his devotion was unwavering. Every morning, he would wake her up with sweet yet passionate kisses, and his gorgeous eyes would be shining with admiration and adoration for her.

"Wake up, sleepyhead," he whispered, his voice husky with love.

"Shut up, you bafoon, let me sleep," Aarti whined, snuggling even more deeper into the blankets.

"No, I won't let you sleep. I'm dying to taste your beautiful lips, get up sleeping beauty" Yash replied, his voice dripping with seduction as he kissed her.

Aarti yawned, stretching her arms. "What time is it?" She asked after they broke the passionate kiss.

"It's 9 in the morning, love. Get ready and come down for breakfast," Yash said as he gave one more sweet kiss, before getting out of bed.

Aarti went to the bathroom while Yash tidied up the bed then went to the kitchen to help prepare breakfast, Yash's face suddenly became pale, his eyes clouding with worry. Prashant, who was helping with breakfast, looked equally concerned.

"Yash, Prashant, what's wrong?" Nida asked, noticing their expressions.

"I don't know, why I feel so uneasy," Yash replied, his voice laced with anxiety.

"Me too," Prashant said. "Yash, go check on Aarti." Prashant push his brother in law lightly.

Yash rushed to their bedroom, his heart racing. He found the bathroom door open, the shower running. His heart sank as he saw Aarti lying in a pool of her own blood.

"Aarti! Oh, God, no!" he cried, rushing to her side.He picked her up, and dressed her in a bathrobe, cradling her in his arms, and called out for his mother. The family rushed to the room, shocked by the sight.

Gayatri's voice trembled as she asked, "Yash, what's wrong? Oh God, what happened to Aarti?"

"I don't know, Ma. I'm taking her to the hospital," Yash replied, his voice firm despite the panic.

At the hospital, Aarti was rushed into emergency care. The family waited anxiously, praying for her recovery.

Yash was numb, his world crumbling around him. "Aarti, please don't leave me" he whispered, his heart aching.

The doctor's words were grim: "She's got a tumor on her brain. If she doesn't wake up in 24 hours am sorry to say that she will be brain dead..."

Yash's world went dark, but he held on to hope that God would bring his Aarti back to him. He prayed, his heart pouring out to God.

Twenty-four hours later, Aarti woke up, surrounded by her loving family.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Yash asked, his voice shaking with emotion.

"I didn't want to worry anyone," Aarti whispered, her eyes filled with tears.

Yash held her close, his love shining brighter than ever before. "You'll never have to worry alone again, my love."

The twins, Ansh and Payal, were born, bringing immense joy to the family. As Aarti smiled, surrounded by her loved ones, Yash whispered, "I love you." Then she gave him a passionate kiss.

"I love you too," Aarti replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

And as they held each other, their love shone brighter than ever before, a beacon of hope in the darkest of times.

The end.

Sorry for a lame ending guys I didn't want to ruin the direction my story was heading.

Maya thought she had a chance to carry out some insults but it turned out Aarti was with her brother. Then she just shifted focus and continued her insults anyway.

She is hiding complications but that might get her into medical trouble.

So the complication was not about the pregnancy. She delivered twins and their family is complete.

Brain tumor is nothing to sneeze at. Will she be OK? At least she can be treated now.
