Not a Review!!
Watched #Dhurandhar today, and I felt genuinely moved to write this.

Some films try to impress you with scale; this one impresses you with sincerity. One of the strongest messages it carries is something One should truly believe: You can serve your nation in whatever capacity you have, through whatever work you do. @yamigautam and @AdityaDharFilms embody this beautifully. Through their courage to tell grounded, uncomfortable, truthful stories, they have contributed to the nation in a way that goes far beyond cinema. Their commitment shows in every frame.

It roots the film in reality and reminds us that the people behind such operations aren’t fictional superheroes; they are real individuals with real sacrifices. This is exactly where #Dhurandhar rises above many other Indian spy films. Too often, our spy thrillers glorify agents as larger than life action figures. Those #Tiger, #Pathan, and #Kabir are often polished, flamboyant, and disconnected from the actual loneliness and cost of their work.

I am glad #Dhurandhar does the opposite. It honours the rawness, the weight, and the truth. It refuses to compromise authenticity for glamour, and that is its biggest triumph.

Overall, #Dhurandhar is not just a spy thriller. It is a tribute to unseen heroes, to uncompromised storytelling, and to the courage of portraying reality without exaggeration.

A heartfelt salute to the entire team!!
Jai Hind 🇮🇳

Finally, #RanveerSingh 's fans are SUPER HAPPY right now 🔥🔥🔥

The last couple of years have been tough for him, but with #Dhurandhar he truly feels BACK. The filmography, the dedication, the sheer impact he brings… it’s absolutely UNMATCHED ✅🌊

And honestly, it’s great for Bollywood to have such a FINE actor of this generation roaring back in style 🙏🏻💥 @RanveerOfficial

#Dhurandhar is a cinematic beast.

Aditya Dhar flips the narrative & shows terror from the enemy’s POV.

🔥 Ranveer’s most restrained, explosive performance

🔥 Akshaye Khanna is historic

🔥 Madhavan, Rampal, Dutt, Bedi & Sara Arjun — all brilliance

#Dhurandhar2 – Bigger, darker, deeper, more emotional. 🔥

With #Dhurandhar creating a massive impact, all eyes are now on Dhurandhar 2 — and here’s what the sequel might explore 👇

- Ranveer’s Character Arc Gets Darker

Part 2 could push him deeper into the conflict, questioning loyalty, sacrifice, and the cost of being a warrior.

Expect a more emotional, more intense version of the character.

- Akshaye Khanna’s Backstory Revealed

The most-awaited part!

His past, his trauma, and why he became the way he is — Dhurandhar 2 can finally open his universe.

This will be the heart of the film.

-Bigger Political & Military Conspiracy

Part 2 may expose a larger national threat connected to the events of Part 1.

Think deeper infiltration, higher stakes, and a hidden mastermind.

- Introduction of New Villains & New Universe Characters

Aditya Dhar is clearly building a universe.

Expect new agents, new threats, cameos, and maybe a setup for Part 3.

-More Raw Action + Emotional Weight

If Part 1 was about setup,

Part 2 will be about explosion.

Bigger action, more grounded emotions, and a stronger narrative punch.

I only support films that actually help our country, our youth, and at the very least don’t try to sell us a false narrative.
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from Bollywood anymore… but #Dhurandhar proved me wrong. This film is so well made, so honest in its approach it’s actually a masterpiece. And I’m not exaggerating.
@ActorMadhavan never disappoints us in terms of nationalist movies. It’s a MUST WATCH!

Madhavan: “Some Indians are India’s own first enemy. Pakistan comes only second”

- The whole theater erupts and claps in Chennai

#Dhurandhar is bloody brilliant!

Not calling it a masterpiece or anything, but #Dhurandhar is easily one of the more honest films Bollywood has made in a long time. It’s bold without pretending to be bold, which is refreshing.

If there's one piece of media I recommend you to consume this year, it is DHURANDHAR.

Nothing less than STUPENDOUS CINEMA.

A few THOTs:

-I didn't look at my phone once during the entire film. Not only was the action absolutely amazing, but the director, Aditya Dhar, immersed you in a world with complex characters & motivations. The plot was dense but deliberate. It may be too gorey for some, but the hyperviolence really lends itself to the action. Dhurandhar was just flat out extremely entertaining. When's the last time you watched a recent film like that?!

-The sound design is superlative. I can't rave about it enough. Not just were the music pieces great on their own, but they really rounded out the vibe of the movie & delivered a simultaneous contrast & elevation of scenes. But what really took the sound up a notch was the sound effects. Violence sounded bonebreaking. Blood sounded bodily. The real clincher in this category would be the ambience. From beads rattling in a room to ever so faint qawwalis droning in the background with pigeon calls, the IMMERSION of the movie begs for a theater.

-Pakistan's depiction was perfect. It is depicted as a normal society. A poor country with people having their own agendas & problems. Bollywood typically goes too extreme with Pakistan –– either cartoonish villains or misunderstood folx with hearts of gold. What Dhurandhar achieves is making Pakistan look like regular country...but with an undercurrent. And that is where Dhurandhar really nails it. Pakistan's bigotry against Hindus rears its head and emanates from nodes. It correctly portrays how anti-Hindu bigotry flows from people like government officials & maulanas; however, the masses are very ready to swallow this hatred as well. Anti-Hinduism/Indianism is completely normalized in Pakistan, so the masses don't think much of it.

-The reason leftists are melting down over this movie is because its a MASTERCLASS in propaganda. Right from the reference to the Bhagavad Gita at the opening to Sanskrit chants towards the end, Dhar inserts Hinduism but not in an overbearing way. UPA is shown as flabbergastingly corrupt & traitorous. Live shots & recordings of past terror attacks are played. As aforementioned, the anti-Hinduism of Pakistan is weaved in subtlely. The religious motivations for attacking India are plain as day. It builds up a rational case for why Pakistan is an evil country & why India should react to its terror. But what really clinches the messaging is simple - the movie is STYLISH! The cinematography, the music, the sheer vibes of the film are just fun. Someone who isn't Indian can watch this movie, have a great time, yet also sympathize with the Indian cause.
