That's not an issue actually.... If she is healthy & as long as both parties willing can happen....

But since she is a single parent could be a issue as legal procedure, what happens to Daksh if something happens to her🤷

But as far as I know as per act 2021, and do correct me if I'm indeed wrong, one person is only eligible to be surrogate once. Also the couple cannot have access to surrogacy if have any children; bio, surrogate or adopted.
