I’m not defending Vikrant’t rejection to continue with their social wedding and definitely not defending him denying it’s his baby if he knows Mannu is pregnant. Let alone all the now broken promises he made to Mannat to trust and never leave her side……

But the angry grey Vikrant we are seeing now isn’t the Vik that fell for Mannat the moment she laid her head on his shoulder in the gurdwara.

Instead it’s the anger and devastation that the young Aman horrifically snatched away from his family, has been harbouring for 25 years finally being released since gaining that memory and emotions back. That pain and anger has overwhelmed the goodness and love he felt from RoTu’s upbringing and later from the unconditional love from Mannat.

Now under Vishakha Aman/Vik is manifesting her heartless greed and manipulating ways.

Although that spilt personality in him has always been present… when under emotional strain and pressure of distrusting Mannat…..

During the 5 years away from RoTu and Mannat’s influence….lets see how grey Kumar’s personality fairs under Vish and the other vamps influence…..

I agree. Mannat dk bond is established well and i like how he keeps his hand on her head to comfort like an elder.

I guess the direction of his character will depend on trps. I have gurantee about mannat as she wont be even in that head space where she will think about marriage as her hands will be full.

I still feel he wont actually fall fall for her but it will be more from attachment and mostly due to dua. After getting comfortable in some setup for 5 years, its tough to let it go. He might wanna stay happy with whatever going on in their present for rest of their lives if that means him, dua and mannat being an unit. We are forgetting that after cutting ties with everyone, dua will be his only blood relative.

I just hope mukta doesn't show cringe and wont go bhai vs bhai. Make vikrant's growth logical.

I wonder if he will have the heart to keep the saluja business and wealth. The reason he took it was for protecting Vishakha right so that RoTu don't use their power and influence to ruin Vishakha. I wonder if he will face any dilemma in keeping the property.

Will Vishakha be able to fake this Aman love for 5years. I'm sure it will be exhausting. She better be ready to get nightly smoothies

Word and he can be attached to Dua since he will be the bade papa in her life but any kind of relationship with Mannat should be avoided. They can always bring in another actor if they want Mannat to move on.

Bold if this has to happen they have to show him repenting for 5 years and cannot be overnight after he find Dua this will just be like the Terrace Shaadi and forgiveness he asked from Mannat.

Mukta’s team may well drop in cringe and ruin DK character regarding his relationship with Mannat….but like you @Kiduld I can’t see Mannat harbouring any feelings other than a respectful older brother/friend relationship with him…….it took Vikrant almost 8 months of chasing to even acknowledge to herself that she had feelings for him.

As for Dua DK will definitely have a very strong bond with her….. as you say it’s his (once) beloved younger brother’s daughter. He will be her father figure as Gagan is/was to Mannu in Anirudh’s absence.

I don't think so there will be another actor as third wheel for mannat, manit is mukta's one of favorites so his fate was sealed when he got grand welcome, but she still has kept the ship intact by making them over vikrant so the lines won't be crossed with marriage or such.

About vikrant's redemption, i dont think he will repent much in 5 years. If you see bts, he was crying when he saw ronnie and neetu but when he saw dk catching and carrying unconsious mannat, he turned off his brain. It seems his main grudge is not about them lying but mannat choosing dk over him. Idk when he will let go off this childish nonsense like the woman who was begging him for marriage will choose his brother over him? Does she wanna two time?😂

Unfortunately his proper growth will come from his kid only. Maybe in 5 years, he will just suffer, isolated and exploited. He wont have much happiness or people on whom he can rely. I want him to yearn more for mannat than for his child, that will be his biggest redemption. Reflect that in your extreme rage and impulsiveness, you lost the most precious thing which even god granted you, the kid is just her extension.

Old Vik wouldn’t have made the demand for Mannat’s share and made them all homeless …but on this fateful day he’s been emotionally drained and completely brainwashed (😵‍💫😂) …..but when the reality of what he’s done and his biggest loss sinks in…..hoping he does repent and pine for Mannat, rather than just continue under the delusion that she rejected him and chose DK over him!

He will have no choice but to keep the Saluja business running ….to bank roll Vish & co…..unless new Aish returns very quickly and heads up the business.

or perhaps in repentance Vik many keep RoTu’s business running in the hope they do come back?
