But im happy seeing her dubbing for many shows and movies.

Yes weekends bhi kyu kaam karna hai..they could do different shows on weekends!! Stress causes lot of health problems…

They change scripts and actors overnight.. so what they signed up for cannot be consistent throughout the journey..

There used to be a time when actors had a bit of creative control over scripts. These days, that’s not the case. Relatively lesser-known actors don’t have a say in the script—especially if it’s DKP.

When Harshad, who is one of the A-list stars in the industry, didn’t have much of a say, and even Pranali didn’t, how can we expect Rohit or Samriddhi to be given a choice? I don’t think Shivangi or Mohsin were given much creative control either.

Anupamaa started with a good premise, but with the kind of trash it has become now, I don’t think Rupali or any of the actors signed up for that. Some people stay because it’s their job—for the paychecks, for fame, for multiple reasons. Others leave because they don’t want to stay in something that isn’t personally satisfying.

It’s just like any other job where people quit because they aren’t satisfied—except in ITV, it’s even more difficult to get a job that pays consistently once again.
