Don't these guys have enough to get Vishakha arrested though. They have witnesses who were there who can attest to the drugging. She can at least go down for that. Why are they not arresting her?

He was angry and said those things out of hurt, and sometimes you don’t really mean what you say in that moment. According to show his impulsive nature and anger is an issue, she also mentioned that in IV.

Mukta really is showing all the men in the show to be numbskulls, once promising careers but turned into easily manipulated, useless fools by the clever women around them.
