I can't believe everyone forgave him that easily. How is it possible that he is still roaming around in Poddar-Bansal house?

The entire track is poorly written. It feels like no one grieves Charu (to be honest they are not that good at grieving Rohit either so I guess Poddar-Bansals don't care about anyone), they are happy and Abhir is always there. Yes, he is their Jamai, but did he fulfill that responsibility?

Abhira should have arranged for him to meet and bond with Maira elsewhere, at Goenka house or parks etc. But no, if that happens who will take care of the kid when gharwale are busy in kalesh.

I think Kajal meant to get her share in her maternal property. Since Kaveri refused for property division, she proposed to go the legal way to get her share. Batwara is to divide the property into equal shares and give it to the heirs - Madhav, Kajal and Manoj. Sanjay also said that now legally, daughters also have share in their parental property and so Kajal is asking for her share.

Thanks ladies for explaining it. I was confuse. Kajal does have equal right, that was my problem I guess the wording was throwing me off.

@ red: I was also confuse by that statement, it wasn't a giving that daughters had right to their parents property
