I dont think Kajal is wrong and they should divide all property now.plus Sanjay too contributed in firm a lot before armaan stood up

I think Kajal meant to get her share in her maternal property. Since Kaveri refused for property division, she proposed to go the legal way to get her share. Batwara is to divide the property into equal shares and give it to the heirs - Madhav, Kajal and Manoj. Sanjay also said that now legally, daughters also have share in their parental property and so Kajal is asking for her share.

If that house is ancestry property or built by her father Kajol has all the right to ask because she has same right as her brothers! Same goes to Bansals too if Sanjay has a sister ,she too has the same right as the brother ...

Kajol wants her share of wealth including the house " Poddar house " is as much as hers as Manoj & Madhav...To look at it Sanjay contributed towards their wealth than any one else when it comes to the firm.

Armoron ran away abandoning his responsibility towards family business,..How ever he was Sanjay always worked for the firm ...

ITV shows and logic is an ill-fated love story, they will never be together.

All this zameen pe lakeer khichna, tape se divide karna etc is done so there's drama and everyone is in the same house, so later they can play happy family. If she takes her share and Bansals move out, how will that happen

Staying in one house and asking for share isn't wrong anyway. It's like if you are unmarried and your brother asked for share you will get your share too

Kajal is actually right and high time she shows aukat to kaveri and vidya. Kaveri always supports Vidya whether right or wrong, and she's just blind in bahu bhakt. These people are astin ka sanp.

Who is Abhir to play the Charu card. He didn't inform the family about her health, didn't try to mend bridges when she was alive, didn't give either parties the closure, it has only been a little while since Charu died (she didn't want to delay Krish's wedding, so the timing must be close), already he is 100% behind Kiara and they had ONS (if he was this much interested in her he should have never gone for EMA, it broke Kiara, led to her addiction, and it ostracized Charu from her family.
