One of the best music Album Ever

This movie is sad for Aishwarya Rai fans. She got thrown out for her unprofessional behavior and Preity took her role.

Preity was very believable as the one going to Veer's parents and later, to take over their work... and n o t marrying. She was the Zaara I loved... Aish wouldn't have been the same...

In all four movies where she was paired with SRK, she played a woman with a clear autonomous mindset - in her debut Dil Se and then also in KHNH, Veer Zaara, and KANK.... I liked her in all of them as perfectly casted. Interestingly, their love stories didn't happen with being together (except in the end in VZ) and also the pairing with Aish hadn't fulfilling love-stories together (siblings in Josh, a memory in Mohabbatein, married to another man in Devdas and not keeping her role in Chalte Chalte... ah yes, even in the short coming together in ADHM, their unfullfilled love was the topic).

Uff Rani the show stealing performance...everyone was talking about sania siddiqui including pakistan..no one talked about zaraa

I watched Veer Zara for the first time when I myself was travelling by bus from Punjab to Himachal Pradesh, some 16 years ago...

I was bewildered how could I have missed watching this movie.

Not just it has become an all time classic, but it is a benchmark cinema showing how beautifully can you show a multi nation love without trying to look imposed.

What I love the most about this movie is it's songs... I can't decide one song that's the best from this movie.
