I tried to see this first episode. But frankly I was put off by the theatrical ("natki") tone of the actors and especially Ms. Daya Dongre. If you have seen Kashinath Ghanekar movie, the reason he wasn't able to get settled in movies because of this very factor. Theatrical histrionics don't work in cinema and also tv shows. May be that's why DG wasn't getting much work in films and TV shows. Agreed Awhaan was being one of the much earlier serials before the flood began in 1991-92. But still I somehow felt it was a deterrent.

Filter coffee नाटक पाहिल.मला नाही आवडल.मुळात स्टोरीच एवढी नाही आवडली.प्रचंड स्लो आहे.

विराजस कुलकर्णीने छान काम केल आहे.

पण शेवटी नारीशक्ती वगैरे प्रकार मांजरेकरांनी का आणला काही कळल नाही.

लेखन आणि दिग्दर्शन महेश मांजरेकरच आहे.ःःऊर्मिला कानेटकर जाडी झाली आहे.खरतर ती उत्क्रुष्ट डान्सर आहे अस ऐकल होत,म्हणजे खरतर मेंटेन ठेवायला हव.

असो.

नाटक मात्र फुल होत.आजकाल बाल्कनीत कोणी जातच नाही.त्यामुळे तस हाऊसफुलच होत.

नाटकांना खरच चांगले दिवस आले आहेत हे मात्र खर.

It is very difficult to get tickets for the front seats and middle seats for a good marathi play ( Natak ) . Allmost all of them get booked in advance on popular booking sites . Watching a play from the rear seats doesn't carry that effect and intensity . It is difficult to observe and feel the emotions on stage which is core to enjoying any play
