It is totally OTT for her knowing the names of the sons but not knowing them by face. in addition how jeeva did not know that cafe is her mom's best friend's cafe.?

I think because TRP went down too much when they turn manini negative, makers decide to do this which honestly make no sense.

apparently he was in love with Manini's fried and her name is Meenakshi

she married someone else so he married Manini. Sunita calls it affair, it was not clear to me if if the love was one sided or both. This will change the status love or affair

I think once the divorce takes place, Vasu will convince Manini that the quickest way to mend Parth’s broken heart is to get him married asap and who better than his childhood best friend. Manini in turn will ask Parth who probably will say if Manini think this is best, then he’ll do it. The KP divorce will happen due to the combination of Parth finding out about Kavya’s past and Kavya telling Parth she may never think of him as anything more than a friend and that she doesn’t love him.
