Sigh.. Anupam entered the show only after Tulsi was already married to Mihir, who was at that point presumed dead, so it’s not like Tulsi picked Mihir over Anupam when she was single.

Anupam was a green flag completely though, he was willing to marry Tulsi though she was a widow with a newborn child. Later we know he moved on when Mihir returned and never once crossed a line with Tulsi. Even when they were set to marry he was very respectful, courteous and thoughtful of her comfort.

Later he could come to terms with Kesar hiding a huge secret like being assaulted and getting pregnant owing to the same. He didn’t let the past hold his relationship hostage and focused on the fact that he had built a life, a family with Kesar and though he was incredibly hurt by her actions he could bring himself to forgive her and most importantly recognise she was a victim too and it wasn’t her fault.

To imagine Pari is shown as his biological daughter is as horrible as Mihir is as a character now.

Honestly, I am scared of what they might do with Karan Nandini if they’re properly added to the show as regulars. They’ve already made Parth Tanya’s biological son and Nandini’s stepson…

Tulsi had two good options but she chosed Mihir

Anupam and also remember there was a track after leap in season one where Tulsi loses her memory and out of house and is with new Punjabi family. Parmeet sethi played role there who was widower with child .He and his family liked Tulsi and he turned out to be mihir business partner and that's how mihir tulsi meet again then

Technically she didn’t have any options because Tulsi never was attracted to anyone else and she never even entertained the prospect of anyone else as a partner.

She even agreed to marry Anupam because the Viranis convinced her and iirc they told her Gautam deserved to have a father’s love and affection too. She wasn’t willing and was weeping over Mihir even though she was about to marry.

She never got a chance to move on mentally because it was barely a few months after Mihir was considered dead that she was engaged to Anupam. Perhaps if Mihir was considered dead for longer and she had a chance to mourn and move on from Mihir it might have been possible for Tulsi to develop feelings for Anupam but the Viranis wanted her to remarry asap.

Regarding Parmeet, it was a given that he’s a cameo and Mihir Tulsi would reunite. There was more of a suspense regarding whether or not Mihir would return to the Viranis before Tulsi got married to Anupam. The second highest TRP generating episode after Mihir’s death was his reunion with Tulsi because they kept the suspense going until the last minute.

Its better they not show KN rather than messing up their character.

I would love to see a spin off tho for them if Ekta even thinks of it

Nah, let them be. Also Ekta and ITV as a whole have a track record of messing up spinoffs spectacularly especially if based on the lives of the parallel leads.

Parmeeth character was also good . That character was about to propose Tulsi but ya like you said Mihir tulsi had to end up together so he had to be catalyst there .

And Mihir tulsi love story at start was hardly shown . Mihir confessed and within a week or two tulsi also confessed and they got married . I can understand it was not love story show but Saas Bahu show and they focused on it .

Mihir returning back from death was highest point of serial . I remember clearly watching with my mother even i cheered but now want to kick same Mihir back

This Mihir makes you really understand and appreciate the wisdom of our ancestors who said if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at all.

Because every time this man opens his mouth you know before his voice is even heard that you wanna yell at him, “Shut up, Mihir!”
