I didn't know fanfictions count too..I mean imagine Wattpad is my most used app in phone..I even downloaded Archive of our own too..though it sucks..I better should read the rules first and may be join from December

If you can get the word count from Wattpad, then tussi great ho sachi mein! It’s a literal pain in the gluteus maximus afaic

Of course, fanfictions count! The calculation is like how Shibani explained: Number of words ÷ 300 (since 300 words ≈ 1 page at normal speed).

When I say “number of words,” it means the entire fanfiction, not just one chapter.

So imagine there are 10 chapters with 1000 words each — that’s 10 × 1000 ÷ 300 = ~33.33 pages, which you can round off to 33 pages.

But this won’t count as one full book yet. You’ll need another fanfiction of at least 27 pages to reach the 60-page minimum.

You can combine up to five fanfictions to meet that 60-page requirement.

Try karlijiye in November — in December, you can dive in headfirst!

You can reach out to me or Shibani anytime for clarifications, or bug your captain also .

Your captain will also ping you with tags every week or 15 days to update your logs & Excel. That doesn’t mean you have to read something new — just update whatever you’ve read so far.

On that note, the Wattpad thingy is a little complicated.

one ff won't count as one book. 1-5 stories should have page counts that amount to 18k (18,000/300=60, which is the approved page count for the challenge)

I joined in head first and then annoyed LizzieBennet (and DreamofEndless) ki kaunsa book/story chalega in May. (You too can do that and annoy your captain/Vera or me.🤭 (So that Nov is your trial and Dec mein you can actually compete for the badges/siggies if Dec is chill for you)

P.S. you can also stalk first 2 pages of teams of previous challenges and read the logs and get an idea.

Arre arre, you didn't mention how Lizzie brought in the maximum amount of books sirf aapki khatir lol finally capped it at 43 books I believe.
