I feel both are fault equally. The man who us married going ahead with cheating, same with women who is willing to have an affair with married men. I cannot say she is of less fault because it is not her duty or she is not the one married

in reverse case, the outsider man is more at fault for coming in between a couple. why is it so surprising if I blame the third wheel more? such people who date married man or woman are the worst. they have no conscience. ofc the married person is at fault too. but most of the time, the married person is not very keen to leave their partner for the 3rd wheel. in the end they come back to their partner.

I strongly don't support cheating. the husband or wife who cheats are not worthy of forgiveness. Especially for their children, they will lose all respect for their cheating parent.

If the kids get aware, they most probably will do so, even though it may not be a conscious decision but on a deeper level. It's not really about losing respect (only), but they may put the guilt for everything they witnessed to go wrong in the family life on the (now known) cheating partner.
