Ekta needs to watch over every episode before approving it. She watched this episode before approving it. No wonder the quality of the episode. I don’t think she does this with every episode.   exactly my point, earlier nandini was staying at sn leaving her husband and children and received criticism. Which woman stays with her in-laws abandoning her husband and children? The majority of the audience wanted to see nandini with karan , so they brought karan and the children back to india but then they have so much insecurity regarding hiten that they showed them for 3 episodes, made them disappear without a reason , and then after almost a month, showed that they are living in the usa .so there is no logic in showing nandini without karan again now .
