Since she can’t act or draw audiences through talent alone, she settles for irrelevant roles alongside bigger stars and rides on their popularity. Producers have clearly seen through it, that’s why she keeps getting dropped. Even her own brand barely made 23 crores last year, while Kriti Sanon’s, a much newer one, made nearly 100. That’s the reality. Can’t even sell her own brand, yet keeps cashing in on others’ fame. If that’s what you respect, fair enough…but personally, I think she’s setting the bar embarrassingly low for actresses.

because DP's brand is too pricey. Kriti and Kat's brands are affordable.

In the real-world, people work longer than 8 hours a day and even working moms do that. Anyway, what do you think?

Deepika's high demands, her highly priced skin care. It is all part of Deepika the brand. She is expensive. It will be clear to all, that she will work with only those who can afford her.

Bringing Ghar ka khana to sets is another strategy.Everyone can co-exist.

Who’s feeding you these lies? Is there some queen in your fandom who makes them up and everyone just runs with it, or is it a group project in collective coping? The 82 E prices ranged from 1200 to 2700, pretty much the same bracket as Forest Essentials 1000–3500, Kama Ayurveda 800–3000, and The Body Shop 500–2500. There’s really not much difference. Maybe “expensive” only in the sense that Deepika’s selling low quality stuff at a high price, which, honestly, feels right on brand for her.

Personally, I enjoyed the roles Deepika enacted in the movies I've seen.

Whatever you think about her is your perception - this is mine. And if you deduce from that how I "view cinema", that also is your perception. We may be of the same opinion about other topics, here we simply disagree smiley16

And just as an afterthought: What do you know about the "actual art of filmmaking" that you (can) judge my opinion as "demeaning and degrading" this art?

some of her products are 3k-4k. nobody is feeding me lies. her official website is out there for everyone to see. it was not smart move by her. and tbh the quality of her products also received extreme criticism compared to Kriti's affordable ones. according to many influencers her products have nothing special to put such high value.

also her product quantity is very minimal. 15 ml for 930 where Kriti's brand is 50 ml for 600.

I have checked her website and didn't find anything interesting even as a fan. she needs to up her game or shut this brand. because its the same old stuff in new packaging.

but that does not affect her brand value. that is delulu thinking that she has low brand value.

I didn't judge, I just didn't agree - that's not the same, right? Fatal Flaw's opinion isn't my opinion - no hard feelings.

However the member was judging m y way to look at the "art of filmmaking" - in a certain way, at least. So, that's why my question about the member's knowledge about that art.

Why should deepika demand?

because she thinks she’s a star and she says that she knows her worth. if not her, who should demand, the ones who whine about their jobs every other day online?
