There is a vast difference between their status in the party as well. Smriti joined BJP and politics when Kyunki was ongoing and lost an election too all the way back. She rose in ranks and ended up becoming a cabinet minister.

Rupali has not even been called in yet for a single promotional appearance in any election so far as a pracharak let alone contested in an election from any seat. But since Bengal elections are upcoming we will see if that changes and know if there’s any substance to her enrolment or not. It doesn’t help that days after or around the same time she joined BJP the scandal of her having an affair with her now husband broke out and she ended up suing her stepdaughter for airing their dirty laundry in public.

It's almost like rupali don't care about smriti being senior to her in BJP rank lol

Technically she should asslick her too cause being bestie with smriti will help her too. Smriti and rupali has bengali connections , imagine both going to Bengal for campaigns. That will be epic and actually better for both shows with frequent maha Sangam epis etc. win win for channels advertisers producers etc

And we all know smriti isn't the issue atlst in serials, being nice to co actors, she can speak really well just watch her prime time with Arnab epis before she was minister. She is very calm, speaks well without mudslinging, and maybe coming back to tv is another way to get votes too.

But Rajan has single minded agenda he don't see simple vision for future. He will show his insecure and cheap side at the expense of his shows and channel reputation even hit that grey spot of politics lol. Idiot budha

I'm not at all a fan of Smriti the politician, in fact I think she was miserable politician, but actor woh aachi hai aur kaam badiya hai unka. Tulsi is dignified presentation of Indian Woman and honestly Oopma has such a bad presentation of indian women

Not just acting but her knowledge over all issues is quite outstanding. She's achieved so much in her life no Itv actress could ever match that.

Arrogance kills common sense.

Smriti might be called a lot of things but she was never ever accused of not being a team player or being insecure of her costars or sabotaging their characters. Even Saakshi and Shweta, the other two OG icons, who shared the same fame and popularity as Smriti never accused her of being terrible in her treatment of them. They all seemed to be very cordial and I believe Smriti Saakshi are more close amongst the trio. Rupali has been accused by her costars of being terrible to work with. She’s led to so many of them quitting the show. We never heard a single person accuse Smriti similarly. She could have lost her mind and thrown tantrums when Karan Nandini were so popular, but we never so much as heard a word from Gauri or any other actress on the show that Smriti was awful to them and caused them to leave the show. Most people who joined Kyunki stuck around until they either got better opportunities or were simply written off as characters but no one quit Kyunki owing to Smriti.

Rupali is accused by those who quit and surrounded by subservient yes maam people among those who stay… and when someone’s ego is so enormous they can’t accept reality staring them in the face. Shahi just so happens to add more fuel to the fire because he too by extension is in the same boat.

No, seriously—this isn't even about representation anymore. I can't stand Tulsi being a doormat, but Upma takes it to another level.

At least Tulsi has a spine. She doesn’t let every damn person in her life walk all over her. She stood up for what’s right—like backing Ajay(Pari's husband) in the domestic violence case. That’s something.

Upma? She’s pathetic. No matter how vile her overgrown, entitled kids act, she’ll still kiss their feet. Her son cheated on Kinjal and she’s still babying him. Absolutely spineless.

She was a terrible wife to Anuj, a crap mother, and a weak daughter—let her own mom get humiliated by Baa and never said a word.
