Rani winning for Hum Tum was legit, it was one of the biggest hits of that year including the fact that Rani had her peak performances going in that period of 2002-2006.

Chor-Alia winning for a box office and critically flop movie compared to Rani's hit movie isn't where her fans are drawing the line?

Her fans are not understanding that people are angry at the fact that Alia's victories in these awards have been consistently controversial, be it for her 15 minutes role in Gully boy, or her lackluster performance in RRKPK, had her previous victories been fair and not a point of debate, this win wouldn't be so controversial and right away 'in your face manipulation'.

Most actors know awards are bought, but they still maintain decency of not being too insecure and outright stealing, like Abhishek won after decades so nobody is blaming him, however Alia winning it every year for bad performances and not even superhit films is where she's the worst one.

I feel like she got trolled much worse last year after winning for RRKPK, or maybe I’m not online as much this year. But after last year’s trolling she doubled down and got herself another one this year. Alia severely lacks self awareness. Nothing will change at her end.

Filmfare needs to increase their jury members from 7 to at least a few hundred. It doesn’t mean they’ll get it right every time but it significantly decreases the possibility of manipulation and control that way.

Calling people who question what's been consistently going on in the best actress category, "haters" is a very lazy argument. Her fans need to come up with something better. The brazenness is nauseating to me.
