I think he still battles with depression or at least mood swings. Due to his experiences in music industry, he also struggles with trusting people.

But he is also the one given most to the show. BB19 is incomplete without him. All the other contestants' PR teams have to talk about him because their own favourites are not doing anything worthwhile.
