He has filed a case against them though. Stating he purchased them legally and has a paper trail to prove transactions. The Court said ED has no proof to confiscate the vehicles.

So in retaliation, the next day ED raided his and his father's properties.

Even Prithviraj Sukumaran is being questioned for this. His vehicles have also been confiscated.

If they really don't have proof then it just seems like they found out about the smuggling and just went after every rich person/actor who has luxury cars.
