Jab Armaan ke kaand ka responsibility uske sar pe hai, tho Geetu ke kaand ka bhi uske sar hi hona chahiye na.. Armaan's faults are his faults but Geetu's faults are also Armaan's faults ka Kya logic banta hai??

Finally the time has came and we r saying bye to yet another ' beloved' chrFrom wanting to be mother figure of Maira to trying to kill the same child.. What an epic transformation.. But still we r supposed to hail her bcz apparently she was ' forced' to stay in a loveless marriage by a particular someone

Moving on again, Geetanjali to Abhira..

Regarding Maira, when truth was revealed and Ar spoke to and convinced Maira to go back to Ab again.. Geetanjali gave her the 1 month ultimatum.. But even with that her insecurities was so great that she had to resort to all sort of emotional manipulations on the kid...

Regarding Armaan, after realizing it was Ab's resort..he wanted to leave for everyone's sake.. But Geetu wanted to take that as an opportunity to compete with Ab on an unnecessary ego trip, and utilized every instance to intentionally hurt her never mind if she herself was getting hurt by seeing the closeness between Ar- Ab. And ended up on Ab's feet ( in a momentary flip after showing full attitude) begging her to save her and Ar's marriage..

And finally her insecurities/ obsession led her to plan 2 cold blooded murders and ended up losing her own life..

Knowing fully well that Ar had absolutely no feelings towards her, Geetanjali had violated consent once and kissed Armaan while he was asleep.

And spiralled down to the heinous act of marital r*pe when the other party was in inebriated state..She led him to the room and initiated every act.... Show has for now left it open, but both the alternatives whether it happened or whether she lied about it are both abominable...

Forced someone to marry her by emotionally blackmailing him. Mind you, even her own Daadu saw through the act. But she's the bechaari in this?

Armaan cut a wide circle and told her that he'd never love her, but she's the victim because the husband who never wanted to marry her, which she knew, is saying that he never wanted to marry her? She still made him uncomfortable by trying to force intimacy on him. And finally she took advantage of her drunk husband and then decided to act as if she did nothing wrong? Who really is the victim in this?

It's more pathetic because had the tables been reversed by now there would've been an uproar everywhere including from us!! Consent is not and cannot be gender specific.. and no one deserves it.. not because of any other faults they may have either.. and marital rape even more so!! This is absolutely pathetic writing.. but also absolutely pathetic defense for Geetanjali's shamelessness that Armaan was wrong in some other instance so he deserved this!! Just abominable really!!
