Back then I dont remember Mihir emotionally cheating Tulsi with Mandira before his ONS..he never fueled both her delusion but he is feeding to delusions of noyona in S2...

Mandira was obsessed and mihir became weak and had ONS with mandira...he cheated tulsi physically and lied to her for 20 yrs cheating her emotionally too after his one night stand...but with meera he never had a thing with her emotionally or physically....
