No. RS doesn't have power over Star Plus. Right now, Rishta is earning and earning well. The minute it declines, Sitara will throw them out. Ofc they'll be offered some grace time unlike other shows jinko woh nahi milega but SP kisiki saga nahi hai. No one, absolutely no one has power over channel's word, no RS, no Ekta.

Sitara is not worried about morals, trashy storylines or whether the characters are getting trolled. They care about ratings. Agar woh nahi hai toh kya green forest ya red factory ?

I never had any hopes for the re-vamp. It's just in name. I can bet there won't be a single progressive story on that list.
