Rishta, ghum all had force marriage troupes but they executed way better. Imlie started this nonsensical trend of marrying fl and bringing her as a maid. At least there they showed her moving on, making a career so it wasn’t this disgusting. Here they ruined the titular character. It’s like she had a switch.. when switch was on she would call Ani as her husband but when switch was off she would’ve say she always thought Ani as Arshi’s husband. The way this show esp Jhanak made a mockery of marriage, love and relationships is traumatising.

I find it kinda funny how fixated people are on bashing Anirudh and Jhanak ke characters and questioning Ani's love when Ishani mein the FL is literally being shown accusing the guy she loves (not her husband) of having done "something galat" with her stepdaughter cuz the stepdaughter has stayed at his house overnight.....lol

This is the value of "love" and "emotions" in a Leena story where overnight characters accuse their beloved ones of doing disgusting things without any evidence but for some reason people only pick on Anirudh as worst character
