Madhuri was 🔥🔥🔥. Mahima & Rekha were good too. Manisha as always carried her usual 3-4 expressions throughout and was actually the weak link.

Manisha had become an alcoholic those days so no wonder her performance was below the mark.Although she is the one with maximum screen time .She is there from start to finish .Rekha,Mahima and Madhuri appeared in bits/pieces.

If there is an Indian director who is grossly underrated and never received the recognition and respect that he deserved as one of the Goats, it’s Rajkumar Santoshi. Even in this thread, 4 posts in and no one mentioned him yet.May be because the man never really did any PR putting himself on the pedestal like some of his contemporaries with a fraction of his talent. What a filmography the man has. Hard to find another Director from east to west to north to south in India who can match him in versatility. Truly one of the best India has ever got!🙌

Her looks survived her and her addiction and laziness took her down. But I wasn't impressed with her acting. She was so inconsistent even in a single movie. I once saw hers & Sushmita's movie - a scene where they were in a car, found some money and were ecstatic. Don't know the movie name, but they both were soooooooooooooooo bad, Gawd.

Paisa Vasool (2004)is the name!She produced the movie but instead of earning money(Paisa) ended up being bankrupt!

Someone please post that Mahima’s character Maithili cursing her in-laws wala video..that’s the best part of the movie.
