My thoughts so far on this season’s contestants like I always used to give. Disclaimer: It’s just my opinion guys and I’m sure we can all have our own opinions and respect each others pov haha.
Amaal: can be very fun and quirky at times and apni masti mein chill and a good singer but sometimes ends up saying something too problematic about a contestant and sometimes becomes a lil too arrogant and narcissistic.
Gaurav: is very shrewd, calculative and always thinking of the game but unable to openly admit it and wahi pe mistake karta hai.
Like in wkw he pretended he for the first time heard what kunika told about him and the daal from farhana and used that as an excuse to absolve himself of his kaand about not wanting kunika as captain even though farhana had already told him about it the day before.
Most Bb winners upon hearing such a thing immediately come on front foot and openly confront ppl who plotted agains’t them.
And another thing was insisting on using that ludicrous reason for wanting Ashnoor as captain when its clear his real reason was not only would he have a popular contestant in his group but that he would be easily able to influence ashnoor during her captaincy and act like the real captain.
So what i dont like about him is he tries to be sneaky and plays from the backfoot but pretends he is playing from the front-foot and not playing any games.
Like if u wanna be the sneaky mastermind character like vicky toh openly play like that like vicky used to have no qualms hiding that he was trying to be his season’s mastermind and I love mastermind contestants so I would love if GK embraces that role but if u want to play the lone macho warrior like hero like Sid toh play like that. U cant have it both ways imo.
Baseer: ka issue yeh hai ke dil ka acha hai larka but thora immature hai jo dikhta hai and so sometimes he tries too much and comes across as a wannabe and strategic bhi hai esp in tasks but again excitement mein over do kar deta hai like his point that mridul always act tough behind peoples back that i’ll do this that but in front of them says nothing was correct but the way he said that to mridhul was rude and not good for optics and obvio public ko bura laga.
and same way he can be right about bajaj being inconsiderate by eating larger portions leaving nothing from them but when he just takes the food from his plate toh it comes across as rude and in bb there is a way to take stands for yourself which would look good for optics which he hasn’t thus damaging his game.
And his immaturity shows in not realizing that teaming up with crass sounding contestants like Zeeshan and ganging up on Gaurav will only make Gk look good in the eyes of the audience lol.
Tanya and Zeeshan and Nehal and Farhana: do their nautankis cuz they know they have to stand out and be ott to last long as unlike other big celebs they neither have a big fanbase or a long mg so their only option is to plz the makers in to keeping them in the show by providing them content.
Baaki zeeshan can be crass and prone to a short fuse and arrogance and farhana strongly opinionated and abrasive as well.
Abhishek: is an awkward, lazy, not that bright guy but since he doesn’t get involved in the mindgames in bb like others and bas apne kaam se kaam rakhta hai like wake up, eat, work out, task, eat and sleep toh he comes across more loveable in contrast to most ot the audience.
But if anyone notices while its true nehal targets him for footage he easily answers her or any other lady with a different, harsher tone compared to with a guy like baseer where his tone is comparatively much softer.
Mridhul: does the simpleton act but actually he’s very smart. He knows he doesn’t have the scope or calibre to compete in the bb mind games with other stronger contenders who dont even take him seriously in that aspect and he knows he ain’t the type to get in to physical confrontations with other bulkier guys toh his best shot at a content providing angle is with natalya.
He smartly decoded a track of a gaon ka chora wooing a shehar ki gori will be a hit among his fanbase and family audiences and its working for him and Natalya also realized the same thing so encouraging it.
Kunika: is the typical desi aunty but also realizes she is on tv so tries to be a lil 8”image conscious but cant help being an aunty so her dominating self comes out and tends to end up over doing it but in the mean time she also wants to play the game but she is not as smart as she thinks she is and smarter players will always be able to influence her and even if she wants to play the game her desi aunty nature will always come in between and interfere lol
Ashnoor: is also image conscious and playing it safe and wanting to be in the good books of all rn as its only the first week plus she knows she has a good fanbase and long mg so she has time to accelerate her game but for now taking it slow and easy.
Neelam, Awez, Naghma and Pranit: are frankly irrelevant and dont matter currently.
