From the promo looks like Nysa did accident on purpose so bhagya could call Rishab

She Tisha’s ex ? Did they mention that? did they mention any where that he was married or engaged?
bcz I missed initial episodes

I think rishab told bhagya that he has been betrayed in a past relationship, I forget if he already said wife or not.

And Nyasa probably did the accident to get rishab out in the open. She probably saw both of them together and realized he was working behind the scenes to get Bhagya's trust so is doing all of this to get Bhagya on her side permanently.
