I agree about having pets. My fur baby is my actual child. They do wonders for our mental health and there is so much you can learn from them. We are forever cribbing and complaining about some small thing in our lives and all they want is a nice walk, some food and petting. My boy is such a happy boy. And we are happy seeing him happy. He’s an instant mood booster. I would just advocate for everyone to get a pet. I think it’s the best decision I ever made. They make us better people.
