It’s a hassle and have to prove it wasn’t you who took out the credit. We have police action fraud team where you report stolen identity and fraudulent debts. You can take it as evidence to the credit companies and they stop the card from being used and start doing their own investigation. But that mark stays on credit file until it can be resolved. Sometimes can take years, other times trails go cold.
The person necessarily doesn’t lose money unless a direct debit has been set (99% of the time it hasn’t). As it’s a credit card so loss is mainly faced by the credit company. It’s why credit companies now sell on their debt to private companies to recover money etc. Here thankfully the mark stays on their credit for only 6 years even if it hasn’t been resolved or credit company hasn’t recovered their losses. And it’s hidden in their credit file after that and their credit rating starts stabilising.
I’m almost to chapter 9, only 10 pages to that chapter lol… and yeah I agree it’s getting interesting for sure. The boat s*x scene was so weird 🤣🤣
Do you like Simon? The tattoo guy? I like him and wonder what’s his story.
I didnt pay much attention to Simon. Maybe we will get his story in a separate book
Yeah it was and the shark parts were really disturbing. But I like the adrenaline rush. I want more trauma.
