I'll read this for sure!

Yeah, I haven’t come across any authors who’ve been able to achieve redemption for cheating characters. There’s just no justification for it - and they can’t redeem the character. I do enjoy cheating books but I always hope the main character can redeem themselves but they never could.

Most of the ones I’ve enjoyed was the women cheating on their husbands and getting with the main character 😂 Even though sometimes the woman was not at all justified in cheating on her husband 😂

I don't like any cheating at all, the only time it's acceptable for me is when he wasn't interested in his wife/gf in the first place and it was more of a forced relationship before he meets the FMC and falls in love with her.

Like in Still beating, where the guy was engaged to her sister.

I think there was a book I downloaded recently in which the FMC's husband cheats on her and she goes to to his twin brother.smiley37

Cheating books I’ve enjoyed for the angst because some of them have been really good at showing the tension, the emotions, the back and forth of guilt etc and keeps you on edge.

The twin brother sounds funny 🤣 I like those sort of ones. I read one a couple of years ago where the girl was cheated on and she got with his dad 🤣

I’ve just finished humiliated wife - it was at 97% where she’d finally forgave him.
Was so satisfying 😌

Give it a try and let me know what you think of it. I read some reviews, some didn’t like that he was grovelling for like 90% of the book 🙄 and that Fiona was taking too long to make a decision 😂

At least happy ending thi, warna people would complain more.smiley36 I don't mind sad endings, but a lot of people don't take them well and avoid reading such books.

I have bookmarked this book already.

That’s so true, the author faces even more back lash if it’s a sad ending. Nowadays authors have started putting down HEA to reassure readers. It’s a spoiler for me then because I want to find out myself, guess and predict myself whether it’s going to be a happy ending or sad ending 🤣

Yeah but I do know some people who refuse to read a book until they get confirmation that it's a HEA so maybe that's why.smiley36

Hey!

I just finished reading The Wild Man by Alex Grayson. The first half was pretty disturbing but overall I really enjoyed it!
