One has to look a bit further than the argument about "favouring", I think. As the National Award is the highest honour in the Indian filmindustry, favoritism may be part of an decision but it isn't the only influence on the decisions made, not even the major (at least not in t h i s year's decisions). And honestly, Jack, what exactly is your knowledge about my "knowhow"...
