Dukhmukh, Crinjal, Anss are extremely devious. They can't control the wild beast in their house (Jhuli Mawaali) from running her mouth and unleashing a volley of abuses, taunts, insults, badduas etc., but they will do anything for their Pushtaini Pumaa maid to stay, all while having to listen to the verbal diarrhea spewed by the obnoxious hag.

They can't stop Doshu from scamming and engaging in fraudulent activities or Makkhi from gold digging and theft. And both of these Anuraj kapoots will readily take advantage of unpaid maid Pumaa. But Pumaa maid has to bear it and stay just so that Domukh & Co. can get free service. With Preggers Prathana being the latest Jimmedaari ka matka.

Out of all the KachraKunj dwellers, Dhongi Domukh is literally the most evil person. Because he has seen all of this since 50 years and still remains silent whenever his 'Beti' needs him (the Mumbai episode was probably an aberration). Ye he has no qualms in willingly manipulating the unpaid maid Pumaa for his own selfish interests.

@Bold 1 : Dhongi Dukhmukh is the biggest emotional black mailer in this show. He is the main reason for all of Pumaa's miseries. Worthless and useless grand children Doshu and Makkhi were reared under his watch. He allowed them to become entitled and spoilt brats.

@Bold 2 : The less it is said about Crinjal, the better. Crinjal had such a good mother in Rakhi Ji who always cared about her well being. But she ditched her biological mother and chose to become Doormat 2.0 to Shameless Shah's. Had she slapped the divorce papers on Doshu's face after his infidelity was exposed, she would have been leading a happy life. Had she done that Rakhi Ji would have welcomed her. All these days she was using Pari as a tool to stay with Doshu. Now that Pari is happily married she should dump Doshu and start afresh.

Shahs are evil, bad, NO Doubts about it.

But Onupama ka kya. She willingly, consciously bears it ALL, accepts it and serves them. She gives pages of Bhashans, laat-ghoose to everyone else to the extent of ALL the others severing ties with their children (example: Indira, Manohar ji), what about she, herself. Her son got her jailed in a foreign land, produced fake certificates to usurp her insurance amount. What else was she waiting?
