Okay so, ever since Bua's prophecy came true, I've begun to take these sideys ke dialogues v seriously.

Yesterday Sona said, "Bua Ma aap toh Shivansh ko jaanti hai, jo cheez uski hoti hai vo usse kisi aur ka hone nahi deta.. "

And Bua’s overconfidence today when she said..obviously Shiv believed her, he always trusts her words over everything & anything.. really didn’t sit right with me. Especially since just yesterday, he shut her down and refused to believe her. The way she said it, soo smug, so exaggerated.. Her tone & overconfidence actually made it feel like the opposite. Like he knew they were lying but had to play along and pretend to trust her..

I don't know. It might just be my wishful thinking but I sincerely hope for it to be true

And his conversation with Prarthana before BM or Sonalika coming were sooo sooo raw and in depth..he probably was gonna reveal a bit more...

And remember how today also...he just charged towards Prarthana and didn't let her speak..she kept saying how could you talk to BM or Sonalika...

And then she said please let me atleast ask something to you...and he wasn't letting her as if not ready to answer those questions now ...

And to add to the points you mentioned above- Vulnerability is a very powerful weapon if wielded correctly, and he was taught that it is wrong, because everyone who abused the vulnerability he showed them. Someone needs to tell our trio that Sonalika was never Shiv's, and he was never her to claim 'till date there is no scene that can convince us that Shiv and Sonalika had a romantic relationship of any kind. We think Raunak is delulu but at least he had moments with Prart that could have been misinterpreted

ITV nowadays can't even handle leads and their love story properly...and brother sister parallel tracks kya karenge..

But here in this context... Even though both Shivansh and Prarthana have endured trauma but the nature of their trauma have been sooo different...and so was their response..

Tanya may be Bua Maa’s daughter, but Shivansh was never truly her brother...i mean in terms of emotional connection..He was raised alongside her, not with her.

In his mind, Tanya represents a life that had a mother’s love, stability, and emotional grounding — things Shivansh never felt deserving of.So he distanced himself, not out of dislike, but because he felt like an outsider in his own home.

“She belonged here. I was just… surviving here"

Shivansh’s default mode is distance. He can love someone (like Bua Maa) and still keep his emotions locked away.Tanya might have tried to reach him, even casually — but he shuts down.She may represent “family” — and family, to him, is where pain originates.So he keeps it polite. Distant. Guarded...

Lastly

Sometimes, it's hardest to bond with the people who live closest to your pain but never truly see it.Tanya might love him like a cousin, maybe even a brother,or he might love her as a cousin in his own way..whatever love he was capable of but she never lived his battles.So while he sees him as family, he also sees her as a mirror to the life he was never allowed to live fully...

Exactly!! He didn’t let her speak at all, went straight to, 'Main koi kaam bina wajah nahi karta... Divorce chahiye toh chahiye' and his 'Kyun nahi dogi divorce? Dena padega', felt less like anger and more like frustration, as if he was pleading silently, pls just go along with me this time, don’t make it harder..

Even when he was listening to Sona’s rant, he had a disinterested expression the whole time. And when she mentioned divorce, there wasn’t even a flicker of pain or heartbreak, ulta felt like he was thinking, abhi ke liye sochlo jo sochna hai, sach kuch aur hi hai..

Haan behen.. , even if we're being delusional, let's stay like this until thunder strikes & our imarat collapses
