I don’t think Prarthana will sign. Remember Gayu said apne pyaar keliye lado when Prats wanted to leave Shiv for his good. So I guess Shiv will want divorce, Prats will refuse and their cute angsty nok jhok will start.

Their conversation was so pure and mature , i think it is his dream.

Missing their nokjhok fights, i am re-watching them, esp. for example his blue suit outfit and his banner with Raunak. Where he said to him: Great he has also come or behave like a child. There are many more of his witty remarks.Or the couch scenes where / sleeping in the hall an he says I AM SR with his attitude.
