Exactly. Apart from horrible dialogues the acting was abysmal. Sam’s portrayal of Abhira looked like a kid who lost his favourite toy, whereas it should have been about a wife and a mother. Armaan ke to kya hi kehne (sorry but RoPu is horrible in emotional scenes and this isn’t the first time)Not even an ounce of realisation and by that i mean genuine realisation of the consequences of his actions. Looks like they wanted to create the same impact of Akshu and Abhimanyu confrontation but this was cringe. Why don’t they just unite this troublesome Jodi and show them fighting against the world or each other

Ditto . Pehle toh she looks like Manisha aunty in that get up . Then this whole scene lost impact bec of where they were , what they were doing & ultimately madam didnt let him speak. Who responds in this way when the other person is saying "tumhe bahut zaroori baat batani hai" . Her timing was the worst..

Will they fight the world ? When did they fight except when they were gareeb? No they always fall short of that one moment where they get pyar ka ya shadi ka sukh..abhira gets married but doesn't get happiness , she gets happiness frm arman she doesn't get happiness from his family , she gets happiness from family she loses bsp , she gets bsp truth she loses arman , she gets arman he loses poddar house , he gets poddar house , they lose pookie , he gets pookie he leaves her . Ab even if she gets pookie and arman and poddar family bhi, next kaand will await her..whatever she gets will never be complete

Rajan Shahi had seen the red flags in Shehzada .. so he gradually got the correct replacement to take story to 600 episodes in 4 th gen

RK made an impact in the first week there was certain quirkiness in his cameo role .. you were atleast entertained by his cheaper panti

Abhir had potential but they wasted it . I see more potential in Tanya than in her brother if they change the actor then maybe

He is definitely not lead or parallel lead material

@Bold I don't like any actor playing TrashMaan Poddar but Rohit isn't any better than shehzada Rohit is only good in certain scenes otherwise he is bad n he is consistently bad n he has absolutely no chemistry with Abhira Atleast shehzada had some chemistry n looked really good with Abhira when shehzada tried acting normally n his armaan never looked like someone from Sanjay or madhav's generation

But I agree RS took correct decision with Rohit Only because that took away the softness n bechara duniya bhar k bojh ka maara look the character had when shehzada played Armaan Atleast shehzada got the bechara Armaan part sometimes right even with his weird cringe acting skills Rohit won't bring that softness n bechara dukhiyara look n also the obvious generation/age difference between Abhira n current Armaan which is the trend in ITV shows now-a-days I think All this did worked out well not coz shehzada was red flag n Rohit is green flag but coz the current ITV shows has some trends which fit perfectly with current Armaan than previous one

It is very evident that DKP is least interested in this show. They just wanna drag it for the sake of doing and minting cash. I am rewatching one of my favorite anime and the dialogues are gold. I am not exaggerating but each and every dialogue is thought through and with every progressing scene, the meaning deepens.

I don’t watch anymore. Just clips here and there but this was totally cringe. Why she has to make it about every man and woman ? It’s about her and her trash ex. Just stick to facts, why bring everyone ? That itself lessened the impact and the weight of her sufferings. The dialogues made a mockery of her suffering (considering that she actually suffered, well going by the narrative it does not seem so)

Nothing to say about that trash. RoPu’s portrayal made Armaan seem like total garbage. If it’s the director who wanted them to act as such then he needs to attend school. A good director can draw out good performance even from a not so good actor.

Writers of this show regress instead of progressing with each generation leap. Abhira made confrontation all about men and women, when it should have been about Armaan and Abhira as partners. Abhira should be the last character in ITV world to speak about feminism

That whole confrontation could’ve been such a powerful moment if it focused on them as partners instead of turning it into a random men vs women debate. Like… Abhira and Armaan have issues as individuals and as a couple — that’s what needed to be addressed. And yeah, it’s frustrating when the writers use feminism as a buzzword rather than showing actual growth. Abhira had the potential to be a strong, layered character, but they keep throwing in these out-of-place speeches that just don’t land. It's like she is Anupamaa, only younger.

the same director has given excellent scenes in s2 and s3 then why not now. Lack of acting skills is noticed in this season with the artists in and this is max he can get from them. I feel. For ex. The same confrontation in s3 was emotional as every dialogue was right and the way they convey through voice modulation and eyes body language everything plays in it. How ar stood with mote mote ansoo folding hands looked if we watch in mute is like his ijjat got looted by few men or women and he is crying bechara because of the pain and loss. Next abheera hair style and her body language which is angry shouting on. Him now after ilu and feels in. When she has to confront the day he came in for Vidya instead she showed anger in avoiding him staying away not talking. This to be done in one two days jhagda not 7 yrs apart time. Everything looks funny as they lost the story long ago and can't balance anything with garbage script and thakela performances. I like anshuman as he is giving right expression for the dialogues not over action.

If it’s the same director then surely the team isn’t interested anymore. Also, both the leads are very subpar in acting. Looks good only in certain kind of scenes.

Anshuman as a character has potential but we both know DKP won’t do anything. Even the actor is decent, from whatever i have seen. At present, the character is getting built just to be thrown from the top of a building

issue is lack of skills by leads. Rishi directed perfect scenes always I remember I used to give kudos all time to him as they were heart touching. That's all a team work any dsy. Ropu acts in subtle anger scenes very well I like him there ex. Water pouring scene in first divorce, lota snan in second divorce time how he kicked dadi when shivani truth is out. Abheera too has few good scenes in emotions when she gave back daksh when she ran with daksh during daksh truth her shock unbelievable situation unable to accept her fertility truth time in car she saw a road side kid I loved those scenes. But her loudness in confrontation sometimes conveys different way. Today her pain is not there it overpowered with her shouts. I liked car scene she was calm composed there. Plus and minus of artists should be seen by director and take acenes the way they give excellent. But rishi ia like janedo ho gaya types now.

RoPu is very good in negative shade. He might be good in grey shade as well. But rona dhona nahi hota hai usse. He is good in portraying subtle anger as you said, also i liked him initially when the character arc was- Armaan doesn’t have any mind of his own.

Sam was good in few emotional scenes. Like you mentioned. Also, her scenes pre love era were good. Her acting was convincing for majority of the scenes.

But today’s confrontation was a worse than a joke. People were anticipating so they would look at it more critically.

Anyway, i have never seen anyone giving the best in each and every scene in itv. Aditi Dev Sharma and Jennifer Winget are the ones who are very close but apart from them none did in recent times
