He was shocked when she asked him to kill Samar i guess but according to yesterday's episode he knew thst Samar was funding those five cops so it doesn't make any sense

Maybe he got to know that after killing Samar?

No he knew about Samar from the presentation and then as per day before yesterday's episode, even Commisioner confirmed that before dying

If he was shocked about killing him then that's a complete miss by the makers

Maybe the Samar ko initially they had thought to show innocent

But yesterday they mentioned that the same symbol was in guards hands too who were saving him I think initially they thought to underground him but then they changed the plan
