If all those sleeper cells had that symbol in their hands then why wasn't that shown in the hands of the cops who were killed by Daya?

I don't think he was asking, it was more like he was getting some doubts. It's normal na, with such a secret mission that is hidden by everyone, people will get doubts

I think if they make Shreya more frequent (I don't think she is becoming permanent but I liked that she walked out with CID today), Avni might not be needed

Since the start of season 2, I felt that Avni was more of a replacement of Shreya, she mostly went with Daya, had similar hairstyle and often similar activities (emotions and toughness) only addition was that she was cyber and tech expert. Now we know Shreya has mastered those skills, so there is nothing more Avni can do
