see Smita zaveri left Shivansh and his dad when Shivansh was a baby boy . He was brought up by his father .. and felt left out in school

She must have come back after 5/6 years . Shivansh remembers her and thinks she is back for good and goes to hug her .. but she leaves for good

In this period .. she might have married kanti .. without disclosing her past .. and had Raunak with kanti . And then had the daughter

It can also be Raunak is kanti ‘s son .. Smita became close to him as a nanny and he married her .. she substituted her love for him erasing shivansh .. because she says I have only one son

So in her twisted mind she replaced shivansh with Raunak

Kanti is grateful that she could love a step son so much so really reveres her .. and then they had a daughter

so Raunak and shivansh are not brothers .. but kind of step brothers

and the daughter us half sister to both

Bua Ma is not related to Smita .. Bua is father’s sister .. so she brought up shivansh . Gave him the name shivansh .. which Smita was unaware of .. because she dumped her son when he was 1-2 years old

I also like it prarthna is so upfront that she finds him attractive.. and is sometimes bold to tell him that he is scared that he won’t be able to resist her . Shivansh gets flustered there .
