Gosh... can't believe Abdul and cheten are belongs to high profile ultra rich family. Most surprising Prithvi background...

How everything is connected like god himself conspire to build Jalal dream and his friendship....

True Jalal has fault in Aliya and his relationship and he accept that .....both parties pay price because of this relationship.

Here we are thinking who will reject our Jalal but his thinking and calculation is beyond our imagination.....true his past relationship and his past nature and his past images of husband will surely rise questions in Jodha relatives and her parents.

Saradhi ji ....his fear for her is more than any father have for his daughter.

It was not the midnight rendezvous that we had envisioned but what was served was the crème de la crème of rendezvous-a drive-in tour of the majestic Four Wheels plant and revelations that were utterly riveting.

It mattered not that she was under-dressed nor not people-presentable. The urgency of the situation Jodha would face soon enough, overrode all other considerations.

Jalal bared his soul to Jodha to make her understand that she had to have her wits about her and to be well- armoured to face the looming battle that was unavoidable when the topic of her marriage came up.

It was fascinating to read about the history of the realization of their dream - Four Wheels-; and how the four boys forged a formidable friendship that would stand the test of time.

The way he illustrated why she was way beyond his league was top-notch.

His sincere admission that he is not the man who married Aliya was a stirring read. Here he was, the egoistic, macho boss, pleading his case to his beloved employee. A man whose head and heart are finally in sync as regards his soulmate, which led him to brazenly challenge her to be “his” that would lead to an “us” and together they would be able to stand up to the battalion of naysayers and prove to everyone that no one can put asunder their union.

The worries of a father are plentiful but all the inner turmoil is suppressed to project a stoic front to the family. Saradhi’s earlier misgivings that were threatening his sleep were put to rest when he looked at the picture not from what he had lost but by what he stood to gain in the long run.

Thank you, Jahnu, for the brilliantly-written Chapter 44 Part 2. Every update leaves us hankering for the next one which can’t come soon enough.

P.S.

BTW, what was the scene that you were not able to include in the update which would have required another 10 days, Jahnu? We would love to read it. Can’t it be posted on its own for us to enjoy until the next update?

Thank you so much for responding to my post, Jahnu.

I understand a smattering of Hindi. I am a fan of Hindi movies from the 1950s and 1960s and later on, movies of Madhuri Dixit. I have enjoyed the films with the aid of subtitles, of course.

The occasional Hindi words used in the story, I am able to understand. Those that I don’t, I Google them. So, it’s not a problem at all unless they are long phrases or sentences. But, please, I don’t want to trouble you for a glossary. I will manage somehow.

Thanks a lot for the video clip of the Aaja Mahiya song. Now I understand why Jalal was so besotted with Jodha’s appearance in the song.

I am from Malaysia. Apart from English, I know Tamil and the Malay Language.
