This is the reason Shahi uncle's shows work and Ghum didn't. Ghum writers believed they can show toxicity, cringe, illogical unethical things in the name of drama and viewers will accept them. Gen 1 somehow got success inspite of so much toxicity but it won't work with every generation.

On a serious note, I get that it was essential for Savi to move in with Neel as Jeetu Kaka is the real murderer. But she already had enough reasons to do that. There was no reason for this stupidity.

Ghum is highly intellectual and thought-provoking. It's so complex that we often don't understand the storyline and the direction properly. For instance- I didn't understand why someone pretended to be a driver and didn't reveal his real profession for a long time. I also didn't understand why someone didn't think about taking consent before applying vermillion on a woman's forehead. So, it clearly shows that we don't have the ability to understand the depth and complexity of this show. Ghum will definitely win Emmy awards. It'll be the second non-English show to win Emmy awards. It will be a proud moment for Indians
