Armaan has had ZERO flashbacks thus far about the cruelty he inflicted on abhira from pookies birth until now & how unfair he was to blame her. Not once has he considered if he made the wrong choice to flee. Aise insaan ko kaise redeem karenge?!

Armaan is light years away from any attempt at redemption when the man hasn't even had bare minimum realisation of his screwups.

Armaan's feelings for Abhira dont look pure anymore. It's got milavat of his entitlement, arrogance, delusions, selfishness, self pity. Not one thought to spare about HER, her feelings, her POV.

Even in today's Abhimaan phone scene, it was Abhira who sensed him immediately without any words. Armaan called her selfishly, not out of guilt for realizing what he put her thru when he feels the same helplessness of not being able to protect his child.

The reasons Armoron to punish Abhira like this is " hilarious yet cruel"...Now if Abhira ever go back to him it will be more comical ...Armoron also couldn't keep the child safe ..She ran away multiple times from him , spent night at strangers house ...He is not that almighty who can protect the child ...He still can't realize , admit his " sins" agree that he was always wrong...
