Wasn’t it enough that she switched the medication?! I feel the purpose of that was only so Mannat knows Neetu is still giving him drugs.
it also led to believe ARS that Mannat was at home with Vikrant… technically Mannats alibi since Neetu saw her
Now that Mannat has switched the meds Vikrant will actually start remembering his past?! May be …

Bold... Mannat managed to reach home even with an unconscious Vikku... so this was possible anyway. Like someone pointed out... ARS was little dumb that she didnt check herself with UV light... Varna vahi pata chalta

Neetu meds de rahi hai abhi bhi ye bhi Mannat ko pata hai... thats why she kept sabotaging the juice attempts... meds swap bhi accidental hai. She didnt knew Keerat had similar looking tablets.

Hence ... not able to understand why 😆😆😆

ok, so according to me, he did provide an alibi to mannat which would make ARS believe that mannat and vik were together last night.
Apart from that, Vik going in search of mannat, despite his drugged state, is to show how deeply he is attached to miss Mannat, and he went after her to say sorry to her and maybe to tell her the truth..His life is now only due to her existence, if she isnt there, he finds no value to his life either..
I found it beautiful that they showed vik going to chawl and all. Also its a constant reference to him being BKB sub consciously.
Also we were supposed to get the dance, which the editors have cut out
