They give him a bigg phone in hand told him to watch cartoon. This boy sits near gate. One day he crossed road for fun and scooter is about to hit him. Luckily me and my friend on the road side so held that boy immediately.we both shouted on watchman for sending kid out. Father ran out as he heard sounds beat the boy like anything. Kid went in corner started watching cartoon again. Beating or hugging the kid is not solution. They need to teach why they should not do the adventures. Ar has not given proper training to kid but pampered her like what she wants so she does all nonsense. Which kid will run in house that way in a stranger house.
