Raghav:It's true that I told you that I am going to throw all the things Shaurya made.I even carried them in my car.But like you all think I didn't throw them.I just lied that I was going to throw them.Because I didn't want anyone else to know that I have preserved everything which Shaurya created.
All were stunned.
Preeta:Preserved them means?
Raghav:I felt that Shaurya was more focused on creative work and that's why he was not able to focus on Maths.So I decided to hide all his creative works.I kept them in Dadi's store room.Everything is safe there.
They were surprised.
Preeta:But dadi didn't tell me anything.
Raghav:I made dadi promise not to tell it to anyone.Because I was worried if dadi tells this to you all,Shaurya will again be distracted by all this.How can I destroy my own son's creations?I thought after he becomes a good Mathematician I will return them to him as a surprise.
They all became emotional.
Raghav took them to Dadi's house and showed how Shaurya's creations are preserved there.They became happy and relieved.
Preeta,Rajveer and Kavya took Shaurya to an exhibition. Shaurya couldn't believe his eyes as all his creative works were displayed there.
Preeta:Shaurya...your papa hadn't destroyed anything like you thought.He had hidden from you because like a stupid he thought that by hiding them your increase in Maths will increase.He was planning to display them in public at the right time.Since you reached a level in Mathematics he displayed them to let the public know how creative you are.
Shaurya became emotional.
All of them appreciated Shaurya.
Shaurya told Preeta:Maa,till now I was confused whether to forgive papa or not.Because I can't forget my past.But now I realized that forgiving is nor forgetting our past,but to give a 2nd chance to the person who is willing to make amendments in life.So I decided to forgive papa.
Preeta,Rajveer and Kavya smiled.
Raghav was sitting on the beach painfully as he is not forgiven by Shaurya yet.Somebody kept his hand on his shoulder.Raghav looked at him.
It was Shaurya.
Shaurya called him emotionally:Papa!
Raghav smiled emotionally as Shaurya called him 'papa'.
Raghav:Did you forgive me?
Shaurya nodded.Raghav smiled.
Shaurya:Please forgive me also for insulting you through out.No son should be like me.
Raghav:Don't think of the past and blame yourself.Since we both have forgiven each other let us start a new chapter.
Shaurya smiled emotionally.
They both smiled and hugged each other.
Years passed by....
Shaurya won the best Mathematician of the year award.It was a proud moment for Raghav and Preeta.
Shaurya took the Mike and said:I always wanted to be the best Mathematician not for myself but to get love from my papa.
Raghav felt guilty.
He thought:I forced Shaurya to learn Maths and he learnt it though he was not interested in it only to get my love.Poor guy struggled a lot to get accepted by his father.
Shaurya:But later Mathematics became my passion.Only passion can make us better.My passion for Mathematics only led me to this stage to hold the best Mathematician's award.
Raghav,Preeta,Rajveer and Kavya smiled.There was one more person who was happy for him.He was Ravinder.
When Shaurya came down from the stage Ravinder went near him.
Ravinder:Shaurya!
Shaurya looked at him.
Ravinder:You maybe hating him for what I did to you.But trust me beta...every moment I was swallowing guilt.I was thinking of resigning my job because of guilt.But still I continued working in your school without any peace of mind as it was my only income to live this life.After seeing you in a good position I am relieved that your life has not destroyed because of me.
Ravinder kept his palm on his head:My blessings will always be there for you.You will climb the steps of heights.
Shaurya became emotional.
Ravinder:Still I won't ask you to forgive me as I don't deserve forgiveness easily.
Shaurya:Teachers do not ask their children for forgiveness.But students ask teachers for their blessings.I already got blessing from you.I don't need anything else.
Shaurya hugged him which Ravinder never expected.He hugged him back happily.
Raghav,Preeta,Rajveer and Kavya smiled seeing this.
