2 things that make me think so...

The way he avoided talking to Mannat which is very odd considering how he is behaving like her puppy dog all the time. 😆😆😆

And how he suddenly mentioned a juice to Malla which usually blacks him out

Don't forget he also says (if I heard it correctly) he will go apologize to the family and clarify he was in his room sleeping and not spending time with Mannat

Unless this is a red Herring and we are crazy trying to find positivity, when did he ever apologize for spending time with Mannat, this maybe the 1st
