Thanks 😊
And Yes they are 500*250
No... they're actually 1080*540 which is why Katelyn commented on the size. But IF allows us to resize the images while posting so I'll adjust them accordingly in the final thread.

Hey, should I post my character sketches here for you to proofread and edit?

Yeah... you can post them... but there probably won't be any edits unless something is glaringly wrong. It's an Anniversary thread so everyone is allowed to write their own interpretations of the characters

Okie dokes, here it is Please verify the info is accurate as I got most of it from google, my memory is very vague
Subhadra Devi, also known as Arnav’s paternal grandmother, was the traditional matriarch of the Raizada family. She was known for being very stern and strict, holding old-fashioned values and a strong belief in social customs, giving high importance to family honor. She was seen as rigid and held high authority in Shantivan. She always dressed in white, which symbolized her status as a widow as well as her austere lifestyle.
Dadi tended to judge people based on their background and appearance, which led to her initial disapproval of Khushi. She had a strong dislike for Khushi due to her perceived "lower class" and past. Dadi was also shown to be bitter because of her own son’s tragic death. She was particularly harsh toward those who she felt posed a threat to her family's dignity.
However, despite her sometimes flawed intentions, her desire to protect her family showed how loving she truly was and what her family members meant to her. Her character brought to light the past story of the Raizadas and helped Arnav confront his past.
Lavanya Kashyap, Arnav’s girlfriend, was modern and stylish with a burst of confidence. She was deeply invested in the Raizada family and was initially portrayed as Arnav’s future wife. She was even ready to change herself to fit into the family, evident when she sought help from Khushi and changed her dressing style to wear a traditional salwar kameez.
At first glance, she seemed self-obsessed and judgmental toward Khushi. However, it was later revealed that under her glamorous exterior lay a sensitive and kind-hearted woman who simply wanted to be loved and accepted. Her willingness to adjust was evident in her behavior toward Arnav’s family, especially his Nani.
The most significant development in her character arc was her heartbreak. When she realized that Arnav loved Khushi, she didn’t turn into the typical on-screen vamp who is jealous and seeks revenge. Instead, she showed maturity by respectfully stepping back. Her character transformed from a one-dimensional "glam girl" into an emotionally intelligent and strong woman. Her journey was one of self-respect, growth, and learning to let go.
Manorama, widely known as Arnav’s Mami Ji, was the wife of Manohar Singh Raizada, who was Arnav’s uncle, his mother's brother. Manorama was famous for her comical expressions and loud, flamboyant style. She spoke a distinctive mix of Hindi and English, with "Hello Hi Bye Bye" being her iconic dialogue. She also addressed Khushi and Payal with funny names such as "Phati Saree" and "Khoon Bhari Taang".
She was often obsessed with money, beauty, and status, an attribute that sometimes made her seem shallow. On the positive side, she was very loyal toward her family. Her actions, though sometimes exaggerated, always intensified the emotional drama surrounding the Raizada family.
She initially disliked Khushi due to her perceived low status, but her character underwent significant growth and development as the story progressed. She had a layered personality, showing genuine affection for her son Akash and concern for her daughter-in-law Payal at certain times.
She may not have been an ideal character, but she undeniably brought a touch of brightness and humor to the Raizada family.
I am confused whether Mama Ji is Mahendra or Manohar, I got both names, so I went with Mahendra because I thought Manohar was Shyam's surname

Mamaji is Manohar (in fact, someone once wrote an OS about Shyam being Mamaji's illegitimate son because his middle name / father's name was also Manohar )
Also, Manorama and Manohar are actually Arnav's Mama-Mami... his mother's brother and sister-in-law. His father's brother... i.e. his Chacha was only shown in the first episode when Arnav took Sheesh Mahal from him... to take revenge because their Chacha threw them out after their parents death. So they were taken in by his mum's family - Nani, Mama and Mami.
Make these changes... other than that, the rest of the write-up is really good
