Aside what is the authenticity of such survey?? You give me a form to fill in my score you got the exams, is there any reason the score filled will be correct and not exaggerated? Especially at a time when I know you have no way to get the correct score of mine except for what I share?

Such paper based survey's are done to take opinion not facts

Well, marks can't be opinion. Like I saud, they're supposed to fill out all details including marks. That's how the survey can be created.

As for accessibility, are all non-government surveys open on public domain? Maybe it is, but I cannot find it right now.
