Aishwarya Rai falsely claimed to be NRI to dodge tax on MissWorld cash

In September 2000, Income Tax officials were shocked when Aishwarya opened Salman's bedroom door during a tax raid. This led to a raid at her house where tax officials found her passport and discovered that she had "falsely claimed" to be an NRI in 1994 by lying about dates on her passport and slyly avoided paying tax to India on the £50,000 Miss World prize money.

So Queen has been cheating and evading taxes even before offshore Panama accounts.

She was indeed out of India for the best of her Miss World year, and if you're out of India for more than 6 months, you get NRI status for that year, which is what she applied for. Nothing so illegal about it..

She didn't falsely claim that. She may or may not have evaded tax at other times but she was an NRI that year. So when is RI Salman going back to jail for killing a human being and a couple of antelopes protected under the WPA ?

It is true, that is why the Income Tax department dragged her to court. The case has been going on since 2000 because the OG Queen of Tax Evasion and self-proclaimed "Pride of India" refuses to pay taxes to India while the Income Tax department refuses to excuse her wrongdoing.

She's smart, very very smart. And quite devious.

BTW, do you know that the first thing she and her family did after she got the lucrative L'Oreal contract in 2003 was to open an offshore Panama account to stash the cash because she didn't want to pay taxes to her country.

She was out of India for only 92 days and not for 186 days as she "falsely claimed", according to the tax authorities who raided her house and confiscated her passport which showed the real dates she was out of the country in 1994. The tax department opened the proceedings against Aishwarya Rai under the Income Tax Act. The case is still going on after all these years.

Salman's killing a person was an unfortunate car accident. Aishwarya's tax evasion and international money laundering are premeditated crimes.

You have to admire the thoughtful, shrewd planning she and her family did to portray her as an NRI in 1994 and opening offshore Panama accounts in 2004!

BTW, did you know that Saint Aishwarya was involved in the killing of two chinkaras in 1998 while she and Salman were in Gujarat shooting for HDDCS!!! She was wanted by forest department and was sent repeated notices to appear before the officials.

In 1994, she was out of India for just 92 days and not 186 days which she lied about and got to keep all the money after falsely claiming to be an Non-Resident Indian (NRI).

In 2000, the tax department raided her house and confiscated her passport which revealed the real dates.

She got away with this fraud for 6 years! She thought she'd get away with her lies forever, but got dragged into court for years.

All the articles about her court cases are right in front of you, still her fans think it's all lies.

It's embarrassing how she boasts about bringing pride to India by winning Miss World but in reality, she cheated the country through a cleverly planned and executed fraud.

There's no need to go search around the web because your Queen's crimes are all over the Internet. Just search "Aishwarya Rai tax" and it returns 1000+ news articles of court cases against her about Miss World NRI fraud, Panama Papers, Windmill fraud, Agricultural land fraud, property tax fraud.....

I also pity Ash fans. It must be hard to accept that she's not the picture of sainthood she portrays herself to be. She has been cheating the entire country for 30 years. Salman's alleged domestic crimes are nothing in front of Aishwarya's international crimes. Cope and seethe!

So Salman's drunk careless driving killing innocents is an unfortunate accident. But Aishwarya involved in chinkara hunting (with Salman) is something to be more ashamed of? I don't even know the authenticity of this news. But using it just to understand the difference that you want to point out...?

Like I said I don't think she's above tax evasion but lying about NRI status when she had only spent 92 days outside the country is not what a shrewd conniving money launderer would do. It's what an idiot would do. Are you saying she assumed " I'm one of the most famous people in India now, with every movement of mine tracked, recorded and gossipped about. Let me lie about my travels ,hide my passport under the pillow and keep a low profile by doing more movies more ads and more award shows " ? Lol. Yes those charges were made against her and she appealed in the ITAT ( Income tax appellate tribunal ) which ruled in her favour. Something you conveniently forgot to mention. She wouldn't have dared to appeal it if her passport actually showed 92 days.

Now , according to you she was the town s*** . Using and throwing guys like paper napkins. Two timing and three timing co actors. She had been sleeping with Salman , Akshay Khanna , Rajiv Thischandani , Rajiv Thatchandani, everybody's husbands, the cable guy and the Hemsworth brothers. She also slept with Subhash Ghai to get Taal. But for some reason it didn't occur to her to sleep with the Income Tax guys during the raid or even later to get the charges quashed. It would have made life a lot easier for her. She didn't sleep with the Forest Department either when they came looking for the missing chinkaras. What stopped her from trying ? Weren't they as sexy as Subhash Ghai ? For someone who has been committing premeditated international crimes she sounds incredibly dumb.

Salman killing the guy on the pavement was not an unfortunate accident. He chose to drive in a drunken state ,when he was not allowed to drive even when he was sober ,because he had no license. He endangered the lives of all the people in the street that night ,and one ended up dying. Which is why he was charged with culpable homicide initially. Because he bribed his way out of it and framed another person. How exactly is killing chinkaras worse than this ? For which by the way there's no evidence against her and Salman was equally involved - allegedly.

Chinkaras went missing from Kutch - Salman and Aish present.

Who is the common link ? But sure ,Aishwarya's petty cash from her stupid pageant is more important to law abiding sparklers of wine.
